Introduction
In order to adapt to the complex operation environment of China's high-speed railway and the needs of long-distance routing operation, we will further build a platform, pedigree, intelligent and green energy-saving rail transit equipment product with international competitiveness, promote the sustainable development of high-speed railway, improve the comprehensive comfort of EMUs, and enhance the transport capacity to realize the innovation of high-speed railway operation mode. Mr. Huang Junhui and his team pioneered the design of a new type of large capacity and high privacy longitudinal sleeper EMU, with the following main technological innovation highlights:
1) Innovation of passenger interface layout
The new type of high-speed sleeper EMU fully considers the demands of passengers' boarding and landing, comfortable sitting and sleeping, personal belongings and luggage storage, adopts the innovative longitudinal staggered arrangement of berths, cleverly uses the train space design, and realizes the relatively private personal space of passengers. The sleeper layout of 60 passengers per single car increases by 50% compared with the original sleeper layout of 40 passengers. After optimizing and improving the space, color, berth, bar, headrest, waist, handrail, escalator and other functional parts for dozens of times, the feasibility of the design is verified by the methods of man-machine engineering simulation analysis, physical model building, actual experience of different groups of people, so that the design meets the needs of human and machine engineering, the comfort level reaches a higher level, and meets the personalized needs of contemporary people.
2) 50% increase in capacity
Compared with the existing horizontal sleeper EMU, the new type of high-speed sleeper EMU has the advantages of comfort, privacy and improvement. At the same time, the biggest advantage is to increase the number of passengers per vehicle by 50%, so the unit fare can be reduced by 30%, making it possible to operate high-speed sleeper EMU for more than 2000 kilometers.
3) Good comfort
Each berth of the new high-speed sleeper EMU is an independent personal space, equipped with independent windows, air volume regulating devices, self-control adjustable lighting system, with warm color system and color matching, bringing passengers a warm riding experience. Double deck berth design can meet the sitting and lying requirements of most passengers under 1.9m; adjustable backrest can meet different sitting and lying requirements. The ergonomic berth design, handrail and escalator design give passengers a comfortable ride experience.
4) Good privacy
Each berth of the new high-speed sleeper EMU is an independent personal space, which is equipped with an independent partition curtain. When the partition curtain is put down, everyone is in a relatively private space, and only one curtain is separated from the public space, which brings sufficient sense of security to passengers.
5) High security
Through collision safety calculation, the safety of the longitudinal sleeper system is much better than that of the traditional horizontal sleeper system. In emergency, the damage to passengers caused by collision is minimized.
6) Low noise
The new sleeper EMU adopts the streamlined and smooth design with low resistance of the car body, and the train resistance is 7.5% - 12.3% lower than the existing crh380 series. The noise is controlled by blocking the noise source, sound insulation, sound absorption, vibration reduction and other methods. By selecting high-quality sound insulation materials and developing effective sound insulation and noise reduction structures, the noise in the pantograph area, the end of the passenger compartment and the main break are mainly reduced Through the sample test of the sound insulation and noise reduction optimization scheme and the noise simulation analysis of the whole vehicle, the noise level is better than that of the first-class cabin (67-73 decibels), which creates a good rest and sleep environment and improves the comfort of sleeper EMU at night.
