Equipped with a professional window cleaning device for efficient window cleaning.The manufacturing process of high-altitude window cleaning drones should consider the following aspects: 3D printing technology can realize the rapid manufacturing of complex structures, which can be used to manufacture small parts and specially shaped parts of drones. CNC machining technology can accurately process each part of the drone, improving manufacturing accuracy and consistency. Automated assembly through the automated assembly line can improve production efficiency and quality control, to ensure the manufacturing consistency of the drone, the surface treatment of the UAV can use spraying, electroplating and other processes to improve the corrosion resistance and appearance quality of the material.Through this design, high-altitude window cleaning multi-rotor UAVs will bring revolutionary changes to the window cleaning industry. It will provide a safer and more efficient working environment for cleaning personnel and significantly improve the quality and efficiency of window cleaning.
