The Meridian offers a breakthrough in barbecue hygiene with “the Easy-wash and clean” system. The smooth porcelain enamelled fire box and fat pan drains the fat to a drip cup, thus allowing the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and water. The removable drip cup is independently emptied, wiped clean and replaced into the back of the BBQ after each use. This prevents an unhygienic and dirty interior of the BBQ. When the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that cannot be cleaned. The smooth, enamelled construction of the burner tray and special drains to a receptacle at the rear make cleaning easy. The inside of the BBQ is smooth, no sharp edges and easy to clean thanks to a grease drawer at the back. It comes standard with Thermogrill grids, a baking tray (hotplate) and a warming grid. The Woody has 3 burners and a side burner. The gas bottle can be neatly tucked away in the trolley. The stainless steel lid is double-walled, so that the heat is well retained. The lid has an accurate thermometer so you can keep an eye on the temperature. With its two large wheels and two swivel castors with brake, the BBQ is easy to move.
