Introduction
Coral reefs are known as "underwater oases", and the ecological health of coral reefs is an important guarantee of biodiversity in the ocean. However, due to changes in the natural environment, coral reefs have significantly degraded around the world, and coral coverage in some areas has declined sharply, so it is urgent to carry out coral reef protection and restoration work. In the past ten years, coral transplantation has played an important role in coral reef restoration and is the main means of coral reef restoration. Through a large number of literature studies and a field visit to the Coral Conservation Hall of the Third Institute of Marine Research of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the main problems in coral conservation at present are: conservators need to carry heavy equipment in underwater operations, inconvenient movement, and the gas cylinder can be maintained for limited time; During diving, DCS symptoms may occur due to changes in air pressure, and divers cannot operate continuously for many times; Encounter dangerous Marine life at any time; The conditions for maintaining the physical environment of coral seedling during long-distance transport are limited. Coral farming on land is limited in scale, and coral cultivation modules are relatively small. In this regard, the concept design of coral conservation equipment integrating intelligent technology is proposed. The innovative ideas mainly include: collecting coral seedlings (coral residues/broken coral branches) independently, switching the planting operation environment of conservators, and installing and fixing nurseries by no one independently, and acting as a warning of coral conservation areas. Four function modules are set: (1) Planting module. It is mainly responsible for the collection and collection of coral seedlings. The driver operates the external mechanical arm through the joystick in the cabin to complete the picking of coral residues/clamping of coral broken branches, etc. The mechanical arm puts coral seedlings into the collection cabin through the sliding groove, and the leisure state of the mechanical arm is linear recovery. (2) Transmission module. The main task is to transfer the coral seedlings from outside the cabin to the operating station inside the cabin. In order to ensure the underwater tightness of the equipment, the collected coral seedlings are transferred into the cabin through the double chamber displacement setting. (3) Planting module. It mainly carries out the planting work of coral seedlings, and the conservators record the code and growth data of coral seedlings, and fix them to the nursery shelf in the planting pod according to the growth situation and growth trend of coral seedlings. (4) Place the module. The coral nursery frame is mainly placed and fixed on the sea bed, and the nursery is put and fixed by the equipment after full load. The four supporting feet of the nursery are attracted to the electromagnetic suction module, and the parallel delivery is realized by cable control. The remote pile driving and fixing of the nursery frame is realized by the working principle of electric drill. The modeling design should ensure the realization of the function and the whole process operation requirements of the coral conservator. The front end of the equipment should ensure that the observation field of the conservator is not blocked, and the transparent spherical polycarbonate material (PC) should be adopted considering the high pressure of the seabed. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of the hatch door, the distance between the hatch door and the hull should not be too large. Add a floating plate near the hatch door and install a light belt, when the equipment is moored at sea, it can play a warning role, but also help the nursery staff to climb in and out, and the color is mainly silver and black, which are rich in science and technology.
